What this website collects, and why.
This policy describes how Mechaly Homes Inc. handles information on this website. In short: the site has no advertising or analytics trackers, and the only personal information it collects is what you choose to send in the project inquiry form.

Information you send us
When you submit the project inquiry form we collect the fields you fill in: your name, your email address, your company (optional), the project location, and your project description (up to 4,000 characters). We also record the date and time of the submission, which page the form was sent from, and a reference code that is shown to you.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in the description. We only need enough to understand your site and what you plan to build.
How we use it
- To read your inquiry and reply to you about your project.
- To keep a record of inquiries we have received and how we responded.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list. We do not send an automatic confirmation email; the next message you receive will be a reply from our team.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Your inquiry is handled by a small number of service providers acting on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website and runs the inquiry endpoint.
- Neon (managed Postgres) stores inquiries and rate-limit counters.
- Resend delivers the inquiry notification email to our team. The notification contains the details you submitted, with your address set as the reply-to so we can answer you directly.
These providers may process data in the United States.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard request information — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this to identify you.
To limit automated abuse of the form, we count recent submissions per network address. The address is stored only as a one-way, salted hash — never in readable form — and these counters are deleted automatically, normally within two days. Our own application logs record technical events (for example, that an inquiry was stored or that an email failed) but not the contents of your inquiry.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not store anything in your browser. After you send an inquiry, the confirmation page shows a reference code that is carried in its web address.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records of project discussions. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information you sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, send a message through the inquiry form and tell us the email address you used. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we will honor requests that apply to us.
Children
This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information — for example by adding a new service provider — we will update this page and the date at the top.
