Mechaly Homes Inc. is a volumetric modular construction company focused on multifamily apartment buildings. We design, engineer, manufacture and assemble steel framed modular buildings as one coordinated team.
Why we exist
Housing needs construction that is scalable and affordable to deliver, with quality that does not vary from one floor to the next.
Traditional construction has three persistent problems. Each of them comes from building one-off structures outdoors, with teams that change from project to project.

Our current project reference is a multifamily apartment building in Southern California.
Both are designed around repeating homes and an active ground floor, and both are shown on this site at the stage their drawings describe: a concept design and a design-review submittal.
